desesperemos.
A light in the shadow...
Can we shed light on the darkness?
Psychologist don´t use bureaucratic tools to help the "other"... We use flashlight up the roads where there are no street lights and you can hear the wolves in the distances.
In recent study about "Vulnerability to Depression", the main results have been that there are two factors that can predict when we are more vulnerable to depression (a cath-all term) and these factors are "hopelessness" and "Rumiation".
Please, do not despair
